Procedure

The beef, veal and lamb is transported from the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland and Austria, and delivered by certified supplier. The production process starts in the arrival hall. First, the meat is thoroughly checked and inspected by a specialist. After the quality check, the meat moves on to meat processing at the cutting plant. Next, the various cuts are packaged and labelled in the packing area. The last process step is the transport. The products are delivered to the customer using their own vehicles for transportation.
